This is a humorous ad where a very sexy Melanie Collins finds out what a much sexier Danilo Gallinari likes to do:
To clarify, a sheet is a sort of energy booster in the form of a strip, much like a Listerine breath strip. If you check out their website, you'll see that LeBron James and Amar'e Stoudemire. Here's Amar'e pimping the product's portability:
For the record, I won't be taking a sheet any time soon.

Every Blake Griffin Dunk in 4 Minutes
With the start of the postseason upon us, some of our favorite players are off playing golf, hooking up with dimes and relaxing. One of those guys is Blake Griffin. The expected rookie of the year was undoubtedly the most exciting player in the NBA this year. To commemorate him, here's all of his 214 dunks condensed into a 4 minute video:

Shaka Smart Does Ironman Drill
A little while ago, VCU was eliminated from the tournament after losing to Butler in the Final Four. During said game, CBS showed this little clip from VCU's practice the other day. This is head coach Shaka Smart aka Shaka Flocka Flame, running "the Ironman Drill", a drill his players run throughout the season.
Awesome. Makes everyone want to run through a wall for him.

Friday - Jimmy Fallon Show
On last night's Jimmy Fallon show, Jimmy, The Roots, Steve Colbert, Taylor Hicks, and the Knicks City Dancers did a wonderful rendition of Rebecca Black's Friday. This is just further proof that The Roots are the best thing to happen to late night...
