RHP Jose Veras DFA’d to make room for Brian Bruney on the roster.
Bruney could be used in the 8th inning right away but they would prefer he settle in a little first, He also won’t go back-to-back days quite yet.
VICTORY!!! Hopefully some poorly run team picks him up so there will be no way he could ever pitch for the Yankees again this season. Hopefully ever.
