Some Things Just Never Change

This according to Newsday's Bob Glauber's twitter...

Plaxico Burress was late to his hearing...Surprise Surprise. Brafman said confusion on schedule and tunnel traffic...Tom Coughlin is laughing.

I guess Plax will never learn. Remember Plax, 5 minutes early would mean you were late. You're better than this. Maybe not...

Here's the news about Plax's trial and court situation. As expected, the hearing was adjourned and theywill next meet on September 23rd. The trail will begin in the spring thus allowing Burress to play football this season. Only the Bears, Buccaneers, and Jets have expressed some level of interest. Burress' attorney, Benjamin Brafman said if his client is indicted by the grand jury, he will plead not guilty. Finally Brafman denied the report that there was a plea deal set up that if taken by Burress, it would have rid him of prison sentence, thus putting him in the clear.

So what happens from here? Does Plaxico suit up for an NFL franchise this season? Is he signed before Michael Vick? Would you want your favorite team to sign Plax? Does Roger Goodell hand down a suspension before the trial?

Leave us a comment with your thoughts...
