Kobe Bryant NBA 2K10 Cover Athlete

Not only does Kobe Bryant help lead his Los Angeles Lakers to the NBA Finals, he will also be gracing the cover of NBA 2K10 when it releases probably sometime in late September/early October.  I am pumped about this because NBA 2K9 was by far the best basketball video game I have ever played. However, the folks at 2K have not decided on what cover they will use and will let the people of the world decide on what cover will be the winner.  And here are the four possibilities...

So I will ask the elementary, juvenile question of, "Which one does not belong?"  You would think that this is some sort of a joke but the folks at 2K sports could not be more serious with Kobe in a Knicks uniform being a possible choice.  Apparently Spike Lee, who worked with Kobe Bryant to produce the Doin Work' documentary for ESPN, is helping to promote the video game.  That is the reason for the Kobe in a Knicks uniform as being a possible selection. As a Lakers fan and a die-hard Kobe supporter, this is insulting.  Even if this wins, 2K is going to be forced to select the runner-up because it would be a classic example of false advertisement.  Tonight during Game 1 of the Finals, the premiere of the commercial with Spike and Bryant is set to be launched in which they are debating over which cover to use, in which I am guessing Spike brings up option number 4. To be honest, I am surprised Kobe signed off on such an idea.  But, as long as he brings home a championship, this will all fly over my head.
