RHP Brian Bruney started for Trenton on a major league rehabilitation stint for the New York Yankees. He pitched a 1-2-3 first inning. He threw 12 pitches (eight strikes/four balls).
Looks like he'll be back sooner rather than later, especially with the bullpen about to be burned again due to this bad start by Pettitte.
