Brandon Jennings Getting off to a Great Start

Brandon Jennings speaks. From NBA Fanhouse:

"No, I was at the hotel. This is what happened right. My agent is like 'Well, we ain't hear nothing. We ain't have no guarantee.' So we makin' phone calls and (expletive) and (expletive) is saying like 'The workouts is great and everything and he's the best point guard but we don't know yet, we just don't know.' "

He continued: "No, (expletive), I came out there and made my appearance (expletive) and I had the best appearance out of all them (expletives). And I was the best dressed, they said, by the way. I was the best dressed."

And finally, when asked about the Knicks passing on him to take Arizona's Jordan Hill, he said, "(Expletive) the Knicks, them (expletives) skipped out on me. (Expletive) the Knicks, them (expletives) is always going to be weak."

I haven't seen the video, but it's pretty easy to figure out the "expletives".

Getting past the obvious -- the manner in which Jennings is conducting himself -- the worst part is that he's hanging out with Joe Budden. For those who don't know (and I don't blame you if you don't), Budden is a C-List rapper who can't make a dent of note. Good thing he got fried by my man Saigon during their beef.

Anyway, I don't think any Knicks fan can now say that they are disappointed in not drafting Jennings. I'm not a huge character guy, but his decision to skip college, his late appearance at MSG during the draft and now this seem to form a pattern. Bad decisions, Brandon.

I guess his stay in Europe didn't mature him after all.

Question: Any idea why Brandon Jennings showed up late in the nba draft?

Best Answers: "he was busy failing the SAT one more time for memory's sake"

"He was in the green room crying because he got drafted by Milwaukee."

"His camp wasn't sure if he would be drafted by a lottery team and they didn't want him sitting in the green room looking like an idiot like Jrue Holiday."

Haha. Nice job, Internet!
