WWE vs. NBA [Update]

I posted this story yesterday. If you haven't heard, last year, WWE reserved the Pepsi Center for May 25, 2009 to shoot their live show "Raw". Unfortunately, the Denver Nuggets need the arena that day to play a necessary Game 4 in the Western Conference Finals against the LA Lakers.

I found this video of WWE Chairman & Owner Vince McMahon on ESPN News, discussing this situation with his old patsie "The Coach".

"It's my view that Stan Kroenke [Owner of the Pepsi Center & Denver Nuggets] should be arrested for impersonating a good businessman."

Strong words from a strong man. As I grow further away from wrestling, I will always be in awe of Vince McMahon's wit and grit (has Walt used that one yet?).

McMahon also says that his production trucks will be in Denver that day regardless and that "there will be two events that night... at the Pepsi Center."

No matter what you may think, McMahon will show up and in all likelyhood cause a problem, whether it be holding his event right beforee the basketball game or bashing the NBA on TV.

We do know that he is capable of invading a competitor.

McMahon will stick it to Kroenke and David Stern in any way possible. You know, I may just watch WWE over Game 4 to see what happens. This is too funny.
