Update: Mets Trade Ramon Castro to White Sox

To update Caster's blog, the New York Mets have traded Ramon Castro to the Chicago White Sox for pitcher Lance Broadway.  After tonight's heroics by Omir Santos, the organization just could not option him down with Brian Schneider set to be activated tomorrow.
