Rich Cimini of the Daily News has this:
If disgruntled RB Thomas Jones shows up next Wednesday for the Jets' next OTA practice, as his Twittering agent announced the other day, it won't be with a restructured contract, the Daily News has learned.
Jones has two years remaining on the four-year, $20 million contract he signed when he was traded by the Bears, and that deal apparently will remain intact. There was some speculation earlier this week that perhaps the Jets had agreed to re-do Jones' deal. Not so.
