Nets to Brooklyn More Likely

From Nets Daily:

New York’s second highest court ruled Friday that the state can proceed with eminent domain and condemn properties needed for Atlantic Yards, the biggest victory so far for Bruce Ratner’s long-delayed project. Although critics promised to appeal to the state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals doesn’t have to hear it. Ratner told the Times he expects to break ground by October, with “the intent that the Nets will play ball in the Barclays Center in the 2011-2012 season.”

And the plot thickens in the race to the 'Summer of LeBron'.

Eminent domain is an awful piece of legislation, by the way.
