Sanijay Watts leads CMU with 10 points. The mules are no doubt a typical running team. The hit you hard and fast, but run out of gas quickly. That could be a big key for the second half. Gannon seams to be willing to wait until CMU runs out of gas and then take over. I think Gannon has the edge, as well as the lead. Without early foul trouble from Gannon, this could easily be a fifteen point lead. However, many of those fouls apppear to be fouls of over-agression. CMU is stuck at the 7 of 10 mark from the line. Gannon has calmed down on that front.
Gannon is led by Joe Lindsey. Lindsey is 3-5 from the field and 3-3 from the line. Overall, Gannon is 6-6 from the line. They are also shooting 58 percent from the field. Thats tough to beat. Foul trouble and the fact that Gannon is 2-5 from three point range is why CMU is still in this one.
Watch out for Tyler Stocynski in the second half. He is half way to a double double with 5 points and 5 boards.
The teams are on the court for second half warm ups.
Heres another Findlay stat as we are almost an hour away from the pre-game show....
All five of their starters average over ten points and three of their starters average close to 7 rebounds...this should be a great one.
But first, the second half of Gannon/ Central Missouri (CMU)
